You can pick it up anywhere, but the other poster was correct about the shop having the right to send you back to the original shop, or to ask you to come back later, if they don't have ready cash available. It's happened to me from time to time.

Yes you can claim in any Ladbrokes shop / store. You just have to hand over your winning ticket which will be scanned and they will then pay you out.

The only problem that will occur is if you have won a certain amount of money IE between £200 and £3000. Either the shop wont have the money available and will advise you to go back to original shop for collection or they will say that they dont have the money available!!!

The reason for the repeat is that all Ladbrokes shop staff receive a bonus at the end of the year if they reach certain targets. These targets are based on paying out as little as possible. If someones comes to collect a big win below £3k then they almost always send them back to original shop as they dont want that payout affecting their figures. If payout over £3k then it doesnt matter as Ladbrokes HQ will adjust the figures so that original shop takes burden.
