I placed an ad in the real estate section, I am not receiving mail?

I have emailed Yahoo 3 times and have NOT received a reply. I have emailed myself from my other email address, and still do not get one back. I am pushing the respond button on the right hand corner and getting the page with the "code" and it says it is sent. I have done this several times... YET nothing. I would like to get this corrected... I don't want to pay for something that is NOT working...
