I placed an order on line with ZiggyMart, and they never sent item or refund.?

ZiggyMart is in Mass. I am in VA. They don't answer emails and phone message service is full. Better Business Bureau sent them a letter but they haven't responded. What can I do to get my money back?

  1. If you know what kind of secured payment it was, then you could call their customer support. For example, if the secure payment method was via Paypal, Mccafee, verisign, then you can call their customer support and find out about your transaction.
