in todays market, that is tricky. i  would suggest to look at  the stock market, and  start research there.   Because all of them are loosing money.

The best one is the first one to offer you a job. Once you have 6 months experience you will be able to work for the airline of your choice if you are good at it.

But, to answer the question: go with Delta or United.

Delta is probably the airline that will treat you with the most respect. American airlines is apparently not too kind to their employees (or so I've heard).

Singapore Airlines have been consistently rated number one for the last few years. They are the leader in hospitality and service. I would suggest this airline because I have flown it and the service was outstanding. The attendants were happy and polite.
