I would also recommend having a second person to help. It isn't impossible to do, but some sets are rather heavy and definitely awkward. They aren't hard to do.

I mounted my 42 plasma myself - it is probably heavier than an LCD. Still, I  would suggest having at least a second person around when it comes time to hooking the hinges onto the wall mount frame.
