I plan on getting a new chainwheel and freewheel for my bmx bike. What should I get?

I want to reduce the size and weight of my chainwheel. From what I have read in some forums, a lot of people seem to ride with a 25/9T ratio. I'm riding a 2006 DK Cincinnati that I bought off some high school kid. Definitely making some upgrades. What should i get? Money is not really a concern.
