  1. I've done Royal Caribbean and it was great for kids.  They have a kids activity room with trained staff for the younger ones.  They have a game room.

  2. although carnival is cheap, it is cheap for a reason, a lot of "mishaps" have occured on those ships. i would least recommend carnival, becuase the ship is so big, people have been lost, fallen overboard when drunk, raped, killed, and left out at sea when on an excursion.  all these things have happend on carnival. so i would go with Royal carribean, even though there ship is huge i would take theirs becuase there are less royal carribean ships in thier field, they mantain their boats more. also they have very  large boats, many of which have multiple pools, game rooms, teen rooms and clubs. i would go with royal carribean, also because it is better quality

  3. Both cruise lines offer activity centers for the kids based on age.  I personally find RCCL better than Carnival when it comes to taking care of my kids

  4. The best child oriented cruise to go on is Disney. No brainer or explanation there. It's also for adults as well, trust me you'd be surprised. However, since you didn't ask about the Disney cruise line, the best choice to go with is a royal carribean cruise. They have mostly adult oriented activities aboard their ships but still have some child related fun.

    Reminder:

-Make sure you take a camera with either plenty of film or plenty of batteries. You'll enjoy the fun of taking pictures of each other together. Oh and the sights as well. You might also want to get a few disposable cameras to fool around with (better for smaller children, but it still could be fun).

I hope I could be of some help.

  5. Take them on Carnival you know they have the Disney boat I took my daughter she had a blast

  6. Go Princess.  If you have to choose from those two lines go with Royal Caribbean.

  7. Carnival or Disney.

I've been on Carnival and it's relatively kid-friendly, but I understand that Disney is totally aimed at the younger set.

Although in truth, I assume that your 15 year old will enjoy Carnival more.
