Is there some boat or plane that can take the me and the motorcycle? Is it very costly?

  1. Seems as if it would be more sensible to purchase the motorcycle in the U.S.  It would certainly be cheaper, quicker, and you wouldn't have a bad headache from the hustle and bustle.
