  1. why would you do thaT

  2. OTHER THAN YOUR INVESTMENT OF ABOUT 50 grand you have to get permits from each town you sell food in also if you go into the industral areas they might already have a food truck . you have to take a lot into consideration.

  3. yes there is a market for it and it would probably cost you somewhere areound 50-55 thousand

  4. that really depends on what kind of food you are planning to serve, because that will determine the type of rig and type of equipment you need to invest in.

If you run the thing well you can expect a 30-50% return - that is common in the fast/casual food sector

  5. That sounds like a good idea.  I've always wanted to open a mobile eatery.  I'd just want to serve fried stuff and salads.  I'd want to run advertisements that say where I will be located and when along with a menu and prices.  I would park in a populated neighborhood and let the people come to me.  It would be more of a take out that people just walk up to.  I'd love it.  I think it would be  a hit.  People could just stand around and chat while eating a burger and fries or order enough for the family and just have take out at home.  It's a good idea.  Good Luck
