I play alot of online poker and i want to record my games,how?

what i want to do is record my games from full tilt poker and my voice so that i can watch them and send them to a buddy, what program should i use?

You could use Camtasia but you would be talking about a pretty big file if you are playing for hours. It's not free but it's one of the better ones out there.

Camstudio is good also, and free, but just as the 1st answer says, you'll need plenty of disk space.
