  2. Maybe he checkmated you as time expired. Or usually your time ran out. Chess games usually end by time forfeit, checkmate or resignation.

  3. I PLAY GO ONLINE. THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO ME. COMPUTER SERVERS JUST ARE NOT PERFECT. DONT WORRY ABOUT IT.
