I play hockey on astro and grass. Which composite stick would be better: light or medium weight?

I'm about 5ft 8, play anywhere - recently started striker though.

It depends on you. I've been playing for a while and I have been using a Merican medium weight all of the time I have been playing and I'm a striker/winger. The best advise I can give you s to go to a shop and feel the sticks.

But if I was playing on grass I would want the weight of a medium.
