I play soccer and run a lot and when i get fast i get tired how can i run moreand not get tired?

  1. Depending on your fitness and how old you are depends on how long you can maintain peak performance.

    So don't burn yourself out 2 quick and make sure you take in plenty of liquids if it is a hot or humid day. Please take care of yourself.  


  2. i can see it would be hard work just remember to stick to your position and only move around those areas your allowed to move around in ,pass the ball too that way your team can do some of the running as well. also remember to drink lots of water at half time and eat something healthy like oranges that's what i did when i played soccer.
