The scenario: students disrectful to professor on day 1 and dont want to learn.

Day: 2. Students want to learn because they realize college will help them.

When they start to learn, I get happy, how can I end the skit with a touching and funny remark?

  1. quickly change the subject to something ridiculous, idk  that's what happens in animes, and it becomes really funny!

  2. I recently offered an answer to a similar Q, and have two examples you might study.

Jerry Lewis and Fred Mac Murry, both played comical PROFS, albeit one far more over the top wacky.

As a PROF, one would hope they are totally focused. To suddenly change up that persona, might be effective. Obviously a parody, and not meant to be strictly complimentary of PROF or student, the skit sounds way too much like Middle School, as opposed to a College setting.

To actually GIVE you your lines would hardly be fair to you, in your learning experience, but I'd probably keep the humor subtle, though I don't know the entire context of the skit. The scene, scenario, context might matter, IE: A classroom full of High living, privileged youth, or Urban/inner city/Rural/not quite mature,,,etc. etc. etc.,,,Youth.

Depending on all the above thoughts I might be inclined to lean more on the "Touching" while making the final words, something involving some humorous, but sarcastic statement. This skit (no offense) sounds like a PSA for incoming students. "Thank you all for "GETTING IT". I hope to see you continue in my class, but please. not again next semester."
