  1. STRETCH YOUR BACK BEFORE IT GETS SERIOUS AND YOU CANT PLAY ANYMORE!

  2. I coach volleyball, so here is my opinion. You may be rotating your shoulder wrong on your swing. Make sure that you are coming into contact with the ball with an overhand swing as opposed to a side arm. I would also recommend not trying to hammer the ball so much and work more on control and placement. A lot of people can wail on a volleyball, but not many have the control to place it at which ever corner of the court they choose. Working on control and ball placement will lessen the damage you are inflicting on your shoulder. Good luck!

  4. You should see an Orthopedic surgeon. You may not need surgery, but these are the specialists to see for bones( Ortho).

I had recurring dislocations when younger. They started out as pain and grew worse until i couldn't keep my shoulders in the joint any longer. Don't do like i did and ignore this. I had to have pins put in to hold my joints together. Not FUN!

  5. excersice yoru shoulder blade, i had the same problem too so ask your coach or trainer how to  excercise the shoulder..it should help
