I plugged in my ipod for the first time what do i do?

I need help i downloaded itunes 7 and have quick player

well your itunes should recognize that it is plugged in and then all you have to do is install all the updates for it and just sync it and itll do pretty much everything for you.

first go to apple.com and download itunes the buy songs or import songs from cd's you already have then plug the ipod into the computer and sync your music
