I pod nano gets frozen?

I just got an i pod nano- 3gb last month, when i turned it on, and click on the music category, it freezes..so i have to keep restarting it. I'm not sure why the i pod keeps on freezing.

  1. get in contact with apple imediatley theres a problem last time i heard that problem it caught on fire dead serious.
