I pod problem!!!!!!!!!?

my daughter just Trued twelve and me and my husband got her and new i pod:

any way we put it in to the computer two get song when we took it out the screen went white and we cant get it to work every time we put it in the computer it doesn't notice it what do we do?!?

Did you try turning it off and back on?  You may have to reset it and reinstall the software.  If this doesn't work it should be under warranty.

you might have to restart the program

and if the screen goes white on the ipod, let the batter die out and then charge it and try agian

Try a hard reset. And if you're not sure what that is, just google it. It's easy to do, and whenever my ipod freezes that is what I do (that, or I just let the battery die).
