I-pod touch help!!!!!!

ok so i just got my i-pod touch today and I'm charging it right now and for some reason it wont go to the main thing like where you can go to the internet and go to pictures and stuff....do i have to put music on it or something to get to there or do i have to charge it more. can you help me i am really confused. THANKS :]

  1. r u serious? it wont let u on!?!?!?! lol charging will do nothing about internet and pictures. either its messed up [and i would send it back] or u dont have WiFi connection in your house. or the connection doesn't work with the product. hope i helpedddddddddddddddddddddddd emilyyyyyyyyyyy :D
