well apparently we can't change it.  When the home health personnel returns, ask them to set you up with a wheelchair designed for you to use the toilet while in that chair.

There's alot of mean answers for this question... I agree that putting something strong smelling under your nose can help tremendously and that you should call someone if you can. Otherwise it sucks but you might just have to wait. :/
