It also gives a month old date for "last updated". I have kept both my free geocities account and my yahoo 360 because nobody could comment to my blog posts made through 360. Is that what's messing me up?

  1. The last updated date that I see is August 19.  I can see your blog (219 entries at http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-F9wc9lYha... ) just fine, including your latest post on August 19.

I turned off my mature content settings though and there was a slight problem, when I went back into your blog. It did take me to the April entries. But then I went back to the Top Page to re-enter the blog and the problem went away.

Since it's not clear which blog posts were made through geocities vs. straight through 360, I couldn't test that aspect. However, you do have your blog comments set to "Public". Public probably doesn't mean what you think it means. It means that only people who are 360 members (i.e. Yahoo account holders who have activated their 360  space) AND who are logged into a Yahoo service can comment or utilize a feature on your space. Yet everyone in the world can VIEW what is shown in a public area. So through what service that you post a blog shouldn't matter. See http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/per... for more on permissions.

    1) I recommend that you clear your browser's cache and cookies often (maybe daily) because you could be looking at old versions of web pages. Make sure that you know your passwords before clearing cookies.

    CACHE:

    In Internet Explorer, see http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/usin...

In Firefox, click the "Clear Cache Now" button under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cache.

In Safari, under the Safari menu is an option to Empty Cache; select this.

    COOKIES:

In Firefox, do this under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies > Clear Cookies Now

In Internet Explorer, do this under Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Delete > Delete Cookies > Yes

In Safari, select Preferences from the Safari menu and click Security. Click Show Cookies, then click the option to Remove cookies.

    Then, restart your computer.

    2) You can try using an alternate browser. So, if you use Internet Explorer, you can try Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ ) instead.

    3) Try testing out your 360 (the regular way, not through Geocities) on different computers. Don't forget to signout when you're done. Test out viewing, posting, and making comments. If you don't have similar issues on other computers, then you might want to do further maintenance or investigation of your computer.

    4) Yahoo! 360 has a lot of glitches because the Y!360 team is no longer addressing bug reports, as it prepares to launch a new social-networking system in the 2nd half of 2008. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. The 360 team blog is also accessible via the "Yahoo! 360 News" link in the upper right corner of your 360 space. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-4D4zxsg6f... for more information on various glitches.
