Help! I have no idea what this could be but any advise if welcome!

Since late yesterday or early this morning I have had a sore feeling pain in the lower part of my stomach (under belly button)

It soft of feels like how your stomach does after too many crunches or working out. I feel it WAY more when I walk than sitting down and it feels sort of tender to press.

Note:

It is NOT severe pain, it is not even really "pain" just more sore.

I do not have any signs of any type of infection nor do I have any STD's.

I have been TTC for 5 years with PCOS

I do not have any other symptoms minus a slight lower back pain that is probably from sitting at my desk at work.

I do not think it is a UTI or any other urinary tract related illness.

I am an (almost) 30 year old married woman

Thanks for any help!

  1. If it feels like muscle soreness, it is probably muscle soreness. Take a couple Advil and see if it goes away in a day or so.

  2. I'm pregnant and have felt that way, though I am 16 weeks and only have been feeling that for about a week on and off, though I think I felt something similar before I got pregnant. It might also have to do with your lower back pain, the way you are sitting might have something to do with it, sometimes the pain can sort of travel or at least feel like it has. Being stressed can also cause a similar feeling, I know sometimes I tense my muscles without realizing it while I'm stressed and finally notice when it starts to hurt or I feel sore after moving. So I wouldn't really say it is a pregnancy symptom any more than something like having tender b*****s.

  3. It could have something to do with your intestines. If you haven't been very regular lately it could be giving you a tight uncomfortable feeling.

  4. i would go to the doctor and have it checked out.  if you feel like this will not go away or will get worse i would go to the doctor.  I'm not sure what it could be.  maybe your appendix is inflamed.  id go get it checked out.  tell your doctor you'd like testing done to rule out any possibility of appendicitis or anything.  the appendix is on the right side.  so I'm not sure since its under your belly button.  it could be a bladder infection too or kidney stones.  id recommend doctor if the pain and soreness doesn't go away.  it could be nothing or it could be more.  i dont know but i hope this helped a little
