Last night I like all of a sudden thought of this book I read along time ago it is about ghosts it is (time for andrew) then I started and I remembered alot of it I hadn't even talked/heard about the book in ages or what the book is about and all of a sudden I did thinking I was seeing ghosts in my head........................ kind of paranoid

And somebody wrote its my energy what does that mean please help?

The book was about ghosts. You were thinking about the book so your mind was on ghosts.

I don't think you've gotten satisfactory answers, since I noticed you'd posted this several times before and most people seem to only be condescending. I'll give you my honest opinion, however - I think in this case, it's just paranoia, unless you're actually seeing things or physically experiencing phenomena. Which is a good thing...see if it keeps up when you're not reading or otherwise thinking about ghosts/the book...then you might have a better grasp on things. Try to stay sane for now! Trust me...it's tough. I know. :-)
