I primer-ed my fence before painting white, the problem is that brown is coming through the primer and paint.

So what can I do to correct this. Or do you have an Idea on a neutral color? Thank you

  1. Prime again with an oil based primer and paint again.


  2. This is called "bleeding through"....You used a latex(water based) primer on a wood that has alot of sap and rosin in it...You needed an exterior ol based primer
