okay... so i figured it would probably be smart to purchase avp tickets online first rather than get to the venue early and hope i get tickets.

but!

is it worth it to spend the extra money to get courtside seats.

or is general admission good enough?

and also - if you get courtside seats does that mean you have one spot at the moain courts the whole day? or are you just allowed to get a better seat at the different courts?

There is a section all around the main court for those that purchase those seats. Once again, you pay for access to the courtside seating, not a particular seat within that section. You can roam all over. Plus a few years I paid for it, you were able to get lunch and refreshments under a tent without leaving the AVP event area.

The stopped doing that a while ago though, Honestly, I think you should save your money. You can walk around just fine and see more of the action from a little farther away (in the bleachers).

Courtside seating is free on every court, except the main court.
