I pulled a muscle......help please.?

I pulled it right inside my left thigh a few months ago. Its still not better, and I still can't do a stratle split without it killing. I can't use this excuse with my teacher forever, so how do I make it better?

  1. I would recomend taking it easy over the summer, and going to a doctor and have them check it out.  They'll give you more information on what to do.
