its hard to walk on , an i can feel it on my knee a little too , im just laying low, should i put ice on it ? what can hel

  1. I recommend that you keep off it for a few days. You should also keep it up on a pillow and keep ice on it, it'll help.


  2. Ice it and let it rest. If you have to play on it you can. (just be careful) Its not to bad man. Ice ice ice. stretch it out a little.
