  1. take a steamed bath with esosal salt it relaxs the muscules

  2. The back is a hard muscle. I'd say just relax for a few days. You WILL need Tylenol at bed time. If it lasts more then a few days, go see your doctor.

    I hope you feel better.

  3. Only if is more then 2 days that you pulled you back muscle, try either on hot pack or hotwater bottles.

    Get well soon.

  4. Stretch more that usual also, you could try to not use it as much, let the muscle relax for a bit, it will naturally go away

  5. First stretch it out as much as possible.

Then get somebody, your partner, mother or friend, to give you a massage and press into where it hurts, if it starts to hurt too much make them stop.

Lastly, get a lot of rest, if possible take a mild pain killer one that you dont need a prescription for.

While it still hurts try not to do anything that will work your back as it needs time to heal.

Keep in mind, you should be sitting and standing straight.

    EDIT:

If none of the above help, and the pain persists for over a week or so, please see a docter!!!!

Also there is a product called ICYHOT or something like this, get someone to apply this to your back.. it may help a little.

  6. Without an aspirin of sorts, the pain will still be pretty sharp if you're moving around.  The best way to get rid of it fast (but not really THAT fast) is to just lie down for a while--it'll go away in time.
