  1. might be a pinced nerve that only time can heal.  I had this a couple times and the only thing you can do is lay down and rest, keeping some sort of support on it as much as you can throughout the day.  Try not to move it.

  2. Try using the pain killers (liniments) in the market, the cream ones?  I know they smell kinda weird but amazingly they work.  Go find a chinese pharmacy and ask for it.  If you can find Omega Pain Killer, that would be great.  Hope you could find that as it works really well. :)  Good luck!

  3. PROB LE PULLED A MUSCLE ALL YOU NEED IS SOME PILLOWS IN A MASSAGE

  4. just dont move it

  5. Stop using heat!! That will only make it worse for the time being.

Ice your neck where it hurts; ice for 20 minutes at a time then leave it off for an hour. When you take the ice off, start some very light stretching exercises for your neck (the ones you do for warmups for baseball should work great).

Some stretches include: chin to chest, chin up, chin to shoulder, chin to other shoulder, ear to shoulder, ear to other shoulder.

Don't stretch to the point of pain though; just a nice light stretch. Make sure your neck is supported well at night when you sleep.

You can also take some ibuprofen (Advil, Aleve) to help with the pain. Lay off the baseball for a few days (2-3) and you should feel a lot better!

  6. No heat just ice. Also go to a chiropractorr they work wonders!

  7. Try heat to relax the muscles. If you have a jacuzzi sit in that for awhile.

If you have someone to massage your neck afterwards that should help also.
