I pulled out a hair today because i had a spot near it and the bottom half was covered in white stuff?

what is this whit stuff, i only tend to get spots where the hair doesnt grow like patches of the beard and also between my eye brows where hair grows very slowly, what is this whie stuff and how can i stop having these spots.thanx

it was pus in the hair follicle keep exfoliating and could be ingrowing hair if it persists visit your doctor

Sometimes when you pull the hair, the folicle will come out with it. This is the white stuff you are refering to and it's perfectly normal.

All teenagers have spots. Try not to pick at it, as it will leave marks. Wash your face at least twice a day with an antibacterial face wash. Drinks lots of water. Avoid oily face creams and sunscreens, etc.

If the problem persists and nothing seems to help, see your doctor.
