I purchased Music Jukebox Plus but have not been able to download the upgraded version.?

I purchased Music Jukebox Plus but I still have the old version. When I try to download the "plus" version, I keep getting billing questions again. I already paid, my charge card has been billed. I want the "plus" version. I have tried to contact customer service with no luck. I have called all the numbers but I keep getting sent in circles. HELP! HELP! HELP!

If someone here has purchased it I wonder if they can send the download file to you.  

There is a 30 day money back guarantee on Jukebox Plus so it is important that you actually use the software in the 30 day window.  This was you can get your money back if you don't like it.

I also would suggest contacting Yahoo Music's billing support team because they would know about billing and downloading in ways that other yahoo music users (like us!) wouldn't. Their page is here:

On a personal note, I use the free version because I don't think the "extras" are worth the cost.
