I purchased PDF Creator Essentials

Question

I purchased PDF Creator Essentials at Office Depot and tried to load on Windows Vista and on Windows XP. After the load is complete I get two screen up, one indicating that "Windows cannot access the specific device, paths or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item." And a second screen indicating that the disk has a virus "Virus found WIN32/Fujacks" What is wrong with the software and why can't I load on either Windows XP or Windows Vista
