I purchased a Digital Stream DTX9900, but it did not come with a manual. Where online can I download it?

I purchased a Digital Stream DTX9900 at RadioShack, but there was no manual in the box for some reason. I've tried checking on the RadioShack website and search engines, but I can not find a copy of the manual online.

In particular, I am trying to find out how to make the included remote control work with my TV - since its called a 'universal remote'.
