I purchased a Tevion tsd-dr40hd on the 23.5.08, i am a disabled pensioner and $400.00 is a lot of money for me to save.I had to wait some time until i could afford a home theatre technician to install it for me and as i foolishly thought i had a 12 month warranty,i made the mistake of not reading the fine print which states i only have 60 days to make a claim. The technician installed it on the 2.9.08, it all worked for the total of {ONE} day and then the decoder broke down and would not decode the digital free to air channels which is the reason i brought it in the first place. I went to Aldi and explained it was still in the box until the 2nd of Sept when it was installed and that it broke down the same day.The Tevion after sales support is a scam, you ring and never get anyone you have to leave a message and they ring at anytime they choose, who sits around all day waiting for a phone call, i have tried twice a day for over a week now and still haven't spoken to anyone. Can you suggest anything i can do to solve my dilemma.Kind Regards, Gary.
