I purchased a computer program

Question

I purchased a computer program from office max. The name of the program is Cosmi Perfect Typing Essentials. I went online and gave my infromation and it asked for a creditcard for a trial period for 2 months and then after 2 months if i was not satisfied they would cancel my order. after i gave them the information i was able to get into the problem and it was just what i needed. and then the next night i could not find or get into the program anywhere. It just prompted me to register again. I hope you can resolve this and let me know what the problem is
