You can buy this 3 year warranty 90 days after you bought the item with your receipt... i don't want to spend 20$ for them to say that it's only if the product malfunctions on it's own..thanks a lot!

  1. I bought a psp for my son for his birthday at Target then he dropped it and games wouldnt play anymore. I went back to the Target customer service and told them My son just opened and it was broken can you replace it and they gave us a new one.

Mabey if you tell them you just opened it and it doesnt work they'll replace it

  2. Here's the details they have listed for all their three year plans:

    • No lemon guarantee

    • Normal wear-and-tear protection

    • Surge protection

    • One bulb replacement for TVs

    • One-year protection for rechargeable batteries

    • 3-Year Product Protection Plan

There's probably a whole lot more fine print in the actual warranty document.  The big thing is the Normal wear-and-tear protection.  Drops are abuse, not normal wear-and-tear (though by as many questions daily about a dropped camera, you'd think dropping your camera is normal wear-and-tear).  In order to get it fixed your going to have to purchase it and probably wait to get it fixed.  (They could catch on that you purchase the plan and immediately request service.)  Oh yeah, your going to have to lie and be totally dishonest about what is causing it, which is pretty much uncool.
