I purchased a game on Yahoo. It won't allow me to play it? What do I do?

Monopoly...I bought this game and I try to activate the licence and it kicks me out. I tried to uninstall and start from the beginning, but that hasn't worked. I don't know what to do? Help, please!

You'll have to send mail to Yahoo's support address, if you can find it on their game downloads page.  They should be able to help you.

However I've gone around and around with their support staff before over a different issue.  In the end I had to call the number on my credit card statement to get a refund.  Hopefully you'll have better luck.  

Ever since then I recommend everyone to buy games from other sites with better support, like Big Fish or Game Socks.  Most sites basically have the same games, anyway.  (Though Monopoly is a big license so it may be an exception.)
