I purchased a new computer. Is there anyway to to transfer my songs from my ipod to my cpu?

I have a ipod touch. I got over 1500 songs on my ipod and it would be a pain to have to download everything again

haha you don't have to download anything, you just gotta go up to tools and unreveal all of the hidden music files which are like 4 letters and you can just extract them out i did it for my ipod cus i had as much music as you.
