I purchased a new dishwasher on 2/22/07 at the Home Depot in Parksburg,Pa. I first had to have it repaired on 4/28/08 for wires stuck to inner door. They repaired two broken wires and added insulation so wires do not stick to the door. The second repair was a little more than two months later. On 7/18/08 they had to install a new motor because the motor locked up. Both times I waited several weeks due to not having money and appliance center being busy. I used J.B Zimmerman in Blue Ball,P. the recommended service center. They said that they actually carried the motor on the truck because they had so many problem with the LG. The salesman said LG means life'good. It isn't if you are senior citizens,65 and 68 on a fixed income. I paid 96.35 and 148.24 for labor for the two calls. We did not have very much money for food and I discontinued LIMITED BASIC CABLE COMPLETELY AND THE SUNDAY NEWSPAPER.WE ALREADY LIVE FRUGALLY.THIS WAS A MAJOR PURCHASE FOR US. I DRIVE A 10 yr.old car.I know a dishwasher saves water. I have bought 10 dishwashers in my life as I was a teacher and needed one. This is the worst one I ever had. I want reimbursement for my bills. The motor was under warranty, but the labor wasn't.(twice).I have LDS5811WW/LDS5811BB I have the serial number also. Please reply
