i purchased a uniden DECT2662 SERIES ON MY VACATION AT COSTCO IN REDEER ALBERT I've talk to yuor customer hot line at 1-800-297 1023 we whent threw a series of test and told me the microphone on one of my hand set was not working and told me to phone a number in canada it always whants me leave a message but i'm not home during daytime hours so I didn't thing that would work
