I purchased an iteam from doxs lingerie and can`t check my order stat can you help?

i purchased an order from a store through yahoo stores called doxys lingerie they sent me an e-mail confirmation and a link to check my order stat i have tried many times nothing works and i have e- mailed them three times and recieved nothing in return what do i do
