I'm not sure what that is but yes you can file a complaint with BBB online and also with the attorney general in their state. That may help you get your money back. Depending on how much you invested you may also want to talk to a lawyer.

Depends on the contract and how you paid.

If by credit card or Paypal, you could lodge a complaint with them and ask for a refund.

Otherwise probably not much.
