I purchased scrabble last night & i'm unable to use it ... keeps telling me something is wrong.?

The only scrabble I've ever played is the old fashioned board game, which is not capable of talking to me or telling me I'm wrong, sorry.

How do I get my game after I’ve bought it?

1. If you haven't downloaded the game already, go to the Yahoo! Games website, find the game you bought, and click on "Download Game" to download your game.

2. Open the game and click on the "Activate your license" link.

3. Sign in to your Yahoo! account using your Yahoo! ID and password.

4. Yahoo! will then check your account for your game license, and then activate the game on your computer.

I know there is a handheld version - Scrabble Express.  To get out of the demo mode, I believe there is a reset button in the get.  If you have scrabble express, might want to try that.
