I purchased the AVG Anti-virus & anti- spyware...

Everytime i try to install the cd, I get the erro message 0x80070002. Windows keeps popping up that they want me to buy Spyware Guard 2008 because i have a virus. I know I have and a "trojan" i just want to install the AVG. What do you suggest.
