It would be nice to tell the folks at home what you purchased.  I don't know if you purchased Yahoo Music Jukebox Plus, Launchcast Plus or YMJ Unlimited.  If you purchased Unlimited, then make sure you are logged on to Yahoo Music Jukebox with the correct Yahoo id (the one with Unlimited).  Check your account status to see if it shows your purchase:

    Also make sure you have Windows Media Player 11 installed.

    Verify that you are using the latest Version of YMJ.  It should be Version 2.2.2.056   If everything above checks out OK, then unfortunately you will have to contact Yahoo to get a resolution:
