i purchashed a xm radio boombox that has not worked in quite sometime, i thought it was a problem with the radio..(roady express, i found the boombox itself was as fault/ It is sill under warrenty till the end of this month. I would like a replacement. I have been sent around in circles trying to find out who is actually honoring the warrenty i thought i had when i purchased the boombox. What do i do from here?? Best buy tried to resulve the problem, and sent me to delphi...delphi sent me to delkin...i have the reciept print out from best buy...
