I put 3 house flies in my Tarantula tank since tarantulas eat flies but One of the flies had a bunch of babies

Should I scoop em out and get rid of them? or let them live and make more food for the tarantula? I gotta hurry before they burrow or something o_o

YES!

You definitely need to clean that cage out.  Those maggots can try to eat your tarantula.  Take the tarantula out, dump the dirt in the back yard, kill the maggots, and put in new dirt.

Am I correct in thinking that you are catching flies in your house to feed to your tarantula?  That's not such a wise idea.  Those flies could be carrying harmful chemicals or parasites.  Or they can lay eggs in your tank.  Go get crickets at petco, petsmart, some other pet store, or even at a bait shop.  They are usually a dollar a dozen.
