  1. oke nice

  2. If you signed a contract, then he is bound by law to sell it to you. Take your contract to the better business bureau in your area. They should be willing to help you. If this dealer is refusing to refund your money, then go to your county government offices and see the local district attorney.

If this car is a POS, and the dealer doesn't owe you any money, then just walk away and go shopping for another car.

  3. Unless you signed papers indicating how and when your deposit would be returned, you are at the mercy of the dealer. He can do as he wants. You should press hard on him to get your money but expect a lot of excuses and delays. It's not a good idea to ever put a deposit on a car.

  4. Get your money back and go to a more reputable dealer this goy sounds a bit wide.

  5. beat him with a rubber chicken till you get your money back

  6. if he is willing to refund your deposit completely-and timely then just chalk this one up to experience and find yourself another car.its really not worth the hassle especially when the used car market is flooded and there's some really great deals out now. be happy-who knows if the costly repairs you mentioned aren't done correctly-especially when he no longer wants to sell it he can "cheap out" and put you in a dangerous vehicle! get your money back smile and run to another dealer-good luck!

  7. Did you sign anything during this or just put the money down?

  8. Just get your Money back and go find another car.
