heh. you basically gave yourself a hickey. it will fade in time - just like any other bruise.

you're not the only person in the world who's done this. i remember a woman in college did this exact same thing by putting one of those suction basketball hoops on her forehead.

you'll just have to wait it out - mybe try using make-up to cover it up.
