Your PC checks your IP address to know what country you are in, so by default it should come up with the UK site.

If www.ebay.co.uk isn't working for you, email ebay and let them know about the problem.

google e.bay and when the options come up select e.bay UK that will do it

if your in uk and don't want want to fill in the .co.uk just put in ebayuk in add bar and that should work. a more simpler way to get through to the site is bookmark it or add it to your favorites so you only need to click and thus eliminating any typing!
